ARRANGEMENTS

Our deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail completely free of charge for all customers across the UK. Signature may be required on deliveries upward of a certain value. If signature is required, the carrier will seek out a suitible neighbour if you are not around. If signature is not required, the carrier may seek out a discreet, dry and safe place to drop your parcel off. If neither are possible, a calling card may be left to arrange a another delivery for your parcel. Deliveries outside of the UK will take considerably longer, upwards of 6 working days. 

All deliveries across the UK are completely free and can be expected to arrive between 2-3 working days of placing your initial order. 

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Our Standard UK delivery is completely free of charge for all customers inside the UK. Standard home delivery often takes up to 3 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our express delivery takes only 1 working day and can cost upwards of £7.99, may vary depending on parcel. This delivery method is not available to customers outside of the UK

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International deliveries are availible in most countriers and costs upwards of £9.99. International delivery can take upwards of 6 working days.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

If you wish to return your product, you must do so within 14 days of having received the item. You do not have to state a reason for your decision, but it certainly helps. You cannot return personalised items to you, unless they are faulty.

EXCHANGE

You may exchange your product within the same 14 day period otherwise you will be turned away. 

FAULTY

Any faulty products will be refunded fully. The products will first be examined if they were genuinely faulty or they were mistreated. If the latter, you will not receive a refund. If the item is genuinely faulty you will receive a full refund including delivery charges within 30 days.
